Hamline University Alumni Profile

To date, I think I couldn’t be more proud of being a student at Hamline. I was a Hamline transfer scholarship recipient and graduated Summa Cum Laude. I was only the second person in my family to go to college, behind my younger sister. As a single mom, the idea of undertaking college-level studies was daunting...I also felt an immense sense of responsibility to make every single hour at Hamline count. So, I threw myself into my studies there.
