​I have been an educator for more than 20 years. In my previous life, I was an English teacher. My passion for all things “teacherly” led me to coaching. Now I work to guide, and support educators in their own growth toward creating rich, student-centered learning environments that are inclusive and equitable.

 

My work centers on the principal idea that when we have three components in place, learning happens. These three separate building blocks are relationships, engagement, and systems.
